About this role
What you’ll do
- Giga Energy is hiring a Head of Production to lead production execution across its electrical infrastructure product lines. This leader owns assembly and test of switchboards and transformers, coordinates contract manufacturing partners, and is accountable for safe, on-time, high quality delivery to customers. The role builds the production systems, team and cadence needed to scale output in a high-growth environment
Where you’ll work
This role is ideally based near our facilities in Long Beach or Houston, with full-time onsite expectations outside of bi-weekly WFH Fridays with 20-50% travel as needed.
That said, we will make exceptions for truly exceptional talent if you live outside one of our hubs. If you're the right person for this role, we'll have a conversation about what works.
