Description du poste
- Manages and supervises the Production Engineering org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production Engineering
- Takes responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production Engineering
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Qualifications et Expérience
- A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, with a focus on industrial disciplines, is essential for this role.
- A minimum of 7 years' experience in a senior managerial position within the manufacturing or production engineering sector is strictly required.
- Demonstrated expertise in production engineering processes, standards, and best practices is crucial.
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage multiple organisational units are imperative.
