Job title: Head of Production Concept
About the Role Lead and supervise the Production Concept organization to achieve defined objectives and KPIs while driving governance, standards, and budgeting for the area.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the Production Concept org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs.
- Design and lead initiatives related to Production Concept.
- Own standards, governance and processes in the area of responsibility.
- Define and steer budgets for the development of activities within the area of responsibility.
- Manage multiple org units within Production Concept.
- Propose and implement measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth.
What We're Looking For
- Education: Engineer or master’s degree. Branch of study: Mechanical/Electrical/Industrial or equivalent.
- Experience: At least 6 years’ experience in Production within the automotive industry, in a leadership position.
- Language: French and English are mandatory.
- Social competences: Communication / Social & intercultural sensitivity / Change management / Target & result orientation / Motivation & resilience / Self-organization / Conflict management / Teamwork.
- Professional competence: Master the Lean Manufacturing, Hoshin Kanri & Continuous Improvement Technique.
