Head of Production
Your tasks
- Develop and execute a long-term production and technology strategy to drive competitiveness, operational excellence, quality, and workforce development
- Ensure on-time delivery of customer orders while meeting quality, productivity, and cost targets
- Lead production operations and oversee capacity planning, investments, and resource allocation
- Prepare and manage annual budgets and ensure achievement of operational and financial objectives
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes and supply chain operations
- Optimize productivity, cost efficiency, workforce utilization, and overall plant performance
- Recruit, lead and develop a multidisciplinary team
- Support successful industrialization and ramp-up of new products and projects
- Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, innovation, and operational excellence
Your Profile
- University degree in Engineering or a related Technical field
- Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a senior manufacturing or operations management role
- Strong knowledge of production systems, manufacturing technologies, logistics, and operational management
- Proven experience in leading large multidisciplinary teams and driving organizational change
- Solid understanding of budgeting, cost management, and performance improvement
- Strategic, analytical, and results-driven leader with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communicator with the ability to influence stakeholders and develop high-performing teams
- Passion for innovation and continuous improvement
- Fluent English communication skills
