Job Description
Leads Production and Infrastructure Management org unit
- Manages and supervises the Production and Infrastructure management org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Designs and leads initiatives with regard to Production and Infrastructure management
- Takes Responsibility for standards, governance and processes in area of Responsibility
- Defines and steers budgets for the development of activities within area of Responsibility
- Manages and supervises multiple org units within Production and Infrastructure management
- Proposes and implements measures for improving team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
Functional accountability for Production and Infrastructure management on Country level
Qualifications and Experience
- Education Level: University Degree
- Experience: Min 10 years in the Production and Infrastructure Management
- At least 5 years of experience in a leadership position
- Experience in a multinational company
- Project management experience
- Industry: Automotive or its suppliers
- Strategic mindset and ability to work under pressure
- Advanced proficiency in English and French (C1 Level)
