About the Role LEONI seeks a senior leader to manage and supervise the Product Section at country level. The role is responsible for setting objectives and KPIs, designing initiatives, and ensuring standards, governance and budget management for the Product Section across the country. This position also oversees multiple org units within the Product Section and drives performance, change management and personal growth.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise the product Section org unit according to defined objectives and KPIs
- Design and lead initiatives regarding the product Section
- Take responsibility for standards, governance and processes in the area of responsibility
- Define and steer budgets for development activities within the area of responsibility
- Manage and supervise multiple org units within the product Section
- Propose and implement measures to improve team performance, organizational flexibility, diversity, succession planning, coaching, change management and personal growth
- Functional accountability for the product Section at country level
What We're Looking For
- Education: University degree; fields such as Mechanical/Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Management, etc.
- Experience: At least 7 years total, including a minimum of 5 years in management and preferably at least 3 years in production management
- Languages: French and English
- Social competences: Communication, intercultural sensitivity, change management, target & result orientation, motivation & resilience, self-organization, conflict management, teamwork
- Professional competences: Effective meeting facilitation, continuous performance improvement, problem solving, strategic and operational planning, lean manufacturing methodologies, process optimization, KPI tracking and analysis, 5S and Kaizen implementation, efficiency-driven mindset
