About the Role

As the founding Head of Product Marketing at a healthtech company, you will shape how complex AI and legal technology is explained to customers and the broader market. Reporting to the Head of GTM, you will set the product marketing direction and work closely with executive, product, engineering, sales, and customer teams.

What You'll Do

  • Develop differentiated positioning and messaging that connects technical capabilities to clear customer value.

  • Own the editorial calendar and set priorities for the company's communications.

  • Shape product launch narratives, including the audience, problem, messaging, and proof points.

  • Write and edit content across web, email, blogs, social, presentations, scripts, and sales materials.

  • Partner with executives to develop posts, videos, panels, and interviews.

  • Interview customers and collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to understand buying motivations and customer language.

  • Direct video and content strategy, define creative hooks, and present on camera when needed.

  • Develop sales enablement narratives that explain products at different levels of detail.

  • Monitor competitors and the AI market, and use performance marketing insights to refine messaging.

  • Coordinate agencies and specialists while maintaining strategic direction.

What We're Looking For

  • 7 or more years of experience in product marketing, communications, or storytelling for AI, enterprise software, legal technology, or similarly complex products.

  • Experience in law, legal technology, legal journalism, or marketing to legal audiences, with an understanding of how lawyers evaluate and buy products.

  • Strong writing and editorial judgment, and the ability to make complex technology accessible without oversimplifying it.

  • Experience owning product positioning, launches, customer research, sales enablement, and cross-functional execution.

  • Experience directing content and video, including comfort presenting on camera.

  • Familiarity with modern AI tools and interest in AI architecture, legal workflows, and customer needs.
