Overview
An exciting opportunity to join a growing fintech and digital technology startup! We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to drive product strategy, oversee the product portfolio and lead the development of innovative digital payment and identity solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and drive product strategy, vision and roadmap.
- Oversee the entire product lifecycle, from ideation to launch and growth.
- Drive product adoption, revenue growth and market positioning.
- Collaborate with Engineering, Commercial, Operations and Compliance teams.
- Build, lead and develop high-performing product management and design teams.
- Ensure products meet relevant regulatory, security and data protection standards.
Requirements
- Minimum of 8 years' product management experience, preferably in fintech, payments or a related industry.
- Previous experience in a Head of Product or similar senior leadership role.
- Proven track record of taking digital products from concept to launch and driving adoption.
- Hands-on experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Knowledge of card issuance, tokenisation, digital wallets or payment processing will be an advantage.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline. An MBA or advanced degree is an added advantage.
