Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Organisational Psychology or a related discipline.

Professional HR qualification and valid membership/practising credentials as required under applicable Kenyan regulations.

Minimum 8 years' progressive HR experience, with at least 4 years in a management or leadership capacity.

Demonstrated experience leading a country-level or multi-site HR function.

Strong working knowledge of Kenyan employment legislation, employee relations and HR

Proven experience in organisational development, performance management, culture transformation and workforce planning.

Experience in healthcare, retail, technology or another fast-paced operational environment is an added advantage.

Proficiency in HR information systems, people analytics and management reporting.
