Role
As Head of Organic Growth, you will own the product-led and content-led strategies that compound our member growth without relying on paid channels. This is a high-leverage, execution-first role for someone who moves fast, thinks in systems, and builds with AI at the center of everything they do.
We are at the stage right before “Function = Health” becomes a common mental shortcut. Your job is to make Function the default answer wherever people ask health questions — Google, AI assistants, YouTube, and their own family group chats.
You will own three pillars:
01 K-FACTOR & VIRALITY
- Design, launch, and iterate on referral programs that meaningfully increase k-factor, building mechanics into the product and member experience.
