About the role
Head of Operations to run manufacturing, procurement and supply chain end to end at ElectricPe's plant in Sector 49, Gurgaon (on-site).
Responsibilities
- Procurement and supplier management: plan buying, negotiate with vendors, build alternate sources.
- Manufacturing and assembly: production planning, schedules, bottlenecks and output.
- Inventory: raw material, components and finished goods across company-owned and franchise outlets.
- Logistics and dispatch: compare freight quotes, pick trucking partners on cost and reliability.
- Cost control, MIS, and leading procurement, assembly and logistics teams.
Requirements

8+ years in manufacturing, plant operations, procurement or supply chain.

Strong vendor negotiation and cost control.

Team leadership experience.

Salary: 25-30 LPA total CTC.
