Job title: Head of Operations (Technical)
What You Will Do:
- Lead discovery with clients: analyse their business processes and problems, and translate them into functional and technical requirements.
- Write requirements documents, process flows, specifications, and user stories that engineers can build from.
- Support scoping: effort estimates, statements of work, and assessing change requests so that scope changes are controlled and priced.
- Own technical recruitment end-to-end: define role requirements, run the process, interview alongside the team, and close hires.
- Run onboarding and offboarding.
Required:
- 5+ years working on technology projects, including at least 2 in a delivery, systems analysis, business analysis or technical project management role.
- You have written requirements documents, specifications, or user stories that engineering teams built from.
- Direct experience managing clients or stakeholders on technical projects.
- Experience coordinating engineers, analysts or other technical staff.
