About the Role
Lead Feed Avenue’s operations, including warehouse, logistics, fleet, stock management and the transition to local animal feed production.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee warehouse, stock, logistics, fleet and delivery operations.
- Drive inventory accuracy, cost control and operational efficiency.
- Lead local production setup, plant commissioning and production activities.
- Manage transporters, vendors and operational teams.
- Implement SOPs, KPIs, safety, quality and compliance systems.
- Lead and develop operations staff while ensuring timely execution.
Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Agribusiness, Food Science/Technology, Engineering or related field.

Strong background in animal feed production is required.

8–10+ years’ experience in operations, logistics, warehousing and/or production, with senior management experience.

Experience in animal feed, agro-processing, milling, FMCG, food manufacturing or agribusiness preferred.

Experience with Nigerian logistics, production start-up and team management.

Strong knowledge of Lean, 5S, FIFO/FEFO, cost control and ERP systems.

Valid driver’s licence and willingness to travel extensively.
