Section: Overview Head of Operations based in Victoria Island, Lagos. Salary ₦1,000,000 Net/Month.
Section: Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the organisation’s day-to-day operational activities.
- Develop and implement effective operational strategies, policies, and controls.
- Drive process improvement, operational efficiency, and service excellence.
- Establish and monitor operational procedures to ensure consistency and effectiveness.
- Identify operational risks and work with relevant teams to implement appropriate controls.
- Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory and internal requirements.
- Lead, develop, and manage cross-functional teams.
- Monitor operational performance and implement improvements where necessary.
Section: Requirements
- Prior experience working in a bank or financial services company.
- 8–10 years of proven experience in operations management within the financial services sector.
- Strong knowledge of process improvement, operational controls, compliance, and risk management.
- Demonstrated experience developing and implementing operational strategies.
- Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
- Experience managing cross-functional teams and driving effective service delivery.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, or a related field.
