- Define detection scenarios for manipulation, collusion, wash activity, spoofing, self-trading and insider-information risk.
- Translate surveillance logic into reliable real-time and post-trade monitoring with data and engineering teams.
- Establish market-integrity standards for participants, market makers, employees and partners.
- Lead investigations, document findings and recommend restrictions, remediation or enforcement action.
- Refine scenarios and thresholds using market behaviour, case outcomes and model performance.
What you bring
- 8+ years in market surveillance, trade compliance, exchange investigations or market integrity.
- Strong understanding of electronic markets, order books, trading behaviour and manipulation typologies.
- Experience designing alert logic and working with large transactional datasets.

- Fluency with regulators, lawyers, engineers, quantitative teams and operations.
Why Hacksaw Markets
