About the Role
Lead Marex SA's management control function, overseeing monthly analytical results, P&L by desk, and variance analysis across the entity and its branches. Responsible for board reporting, budget monitoring, front office bonus processes, regulatory reporting, and driving continuous process improvements through automation. Manage and develop the management control team and ensure high-quality supporting documentation.
What You'll Do
- Oversee the production of Marex SA's monthly analytical results, monitor P&L by desk, and perform detailed analysis of revenue and major expenses for the entity and its branches.
- Produce monthly and quarterly reports for the Marex SA Board.
- Monitor monthly budgets: identify, analyze, and explain variances.
- Oversee calculation, accounting, and payment process for Front Office bonuses.
- Oversee the production of regulatory reports.
- Drive continuous process improvement, especially via automation and simplification of tasks.
- Draft/update support documentation.
- Manage the management control team: allocate tasks, measure and evaluate performance.
What We're Looking For
- Master's degree in Finance/Management Control or equivalent, with 10-15 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the financial sector.
- Strong interpersonal skills, curiosity, rigor, and a sense of responsibility.
- Proficiency in Excel is essential.
- English language required.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of VBA or BI tools would be an asset.
