About the Role Lead the entire logistics and warehouse operations at the Dresden site to enable efficient production and customer delivery, while driving continuous improvement and alignment with cross-functional teams.
What You'll Do
- Manage the end-to-end logistics and warehouse operations at the Dresden site.
- Oversee goods receipt, quality inspection, and timely provisioning of production and customer orders to manufacturing areas.
- Ensure goods outbound/shipping complies with international aviation, customs, and export regulations.
- Own the full inventory management, including annual stock-take.
- Serve as the interface between warehouse, purchasing, and assembly to ensure smooth processes and continuous internal improvements.
What We're Looking For
- Experience leading a logistics and warehouse operation; degree in business administration or a comparable qualification.
- Strong knowledge of customs and international export regulations.
- An engaging leadership style, capable of developing and motivating teams and fostering collaboration.
- Proficiency with ERP systems and modern logistics tools.
- Analytical thinking, structured and solution-oriented work approach.
