Head of IT Operations
Eat'N'Go Africa is seeking a dynamic Head of IT Operations to lead our technology initiatives from our Victoria Island, Lagos office.
This full-time position requires leadership from Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, focusing on strategic IT management and operational excellence.
You will be responsible for overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring its security, efficiency, and alignment with business goals.

Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement IT strategies and policies.
- Oversee the management of IT infrastructure, including networks, servers, and data centers.
- Ensure the security of IT systems and data against threats.
- Manage IT operations, including help desk and technical support.
- Lead and mentor the IT operations team.
Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

5 years of experience in IT operations management.

Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and cybersecurity.

Strong leadership and project management skills.

Familiarity with ITIL best practices.
