Job title: Head of Investment & Treasury
Responsibilities
- Own the capital side of the company.
- Build a portfolio register and a defensible valuation for every holding.
- Identify what should be sold, held, or financed.
- Turn latent land assets into practical routes to realised cash.
- Put treasury and liquidity on a proper footing and bring down the cost of funds.
- Help investee companies raise capital and support the organisation’s listing path.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in investment banking, private equity, development finance, corporate finance, or a family office investment function.
- Proven experience taking transactions from analysis through to completion.
- Demonstrable financial modelling capability.
- ACA, ACCA, CFA, or equivalent professional qualification.
