The Role
- 5 yrs+ of leadership experience in a high- profile school -- at least 2 years as HOI/Deputy; registered with TSC; mature; high level of integrity, proficient in basic computer applications and able to navigate the CBA and KEMIS portals; excellent communication skills; a disciplinarian with experience in mentoring/upskilling senior teachers and, nurturing good character formation of learners and, a proven track record of improving student retention and driving new admissions through stellar school performance.
