- Expertise in cloud computing platforms (GCP/Azure/AWS) and hybrid cloud environments including cloud cost optimization strategies.
- Strong understanding of IT infrastructure components including servers, networking, storage, and security systems.
- Experience with data centre operations and management
- Proven ability to lead and manage technical teams
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Knowledge of ITIL framework and best practices for service delivery
- Familiarity with regulatory compliance requirements in the financial services industry
