Job title: Head of Industrial Participation
About the Role Lead and orchestrate the Industrial Participation area and coordinate all offset-related topics worldwide. Ensure timely fulfillment of Diehl Defence obligations within allocated budgets and represent the area at associations and events. Work closely with product areas and other functions to drive offset initiatives and strategic growth of the business area.
What You'll Do
- Lead the strategic development and ongoing management of the Industrial Participation area.
- Coordinate offset-related topics worldwide and ensure timely fulfillments within budget.
- Represent the area in associations and at events; build and maintain contacts with national and international industry partners.
- Serve as a point of contact for other Diehl group subsidiaries.
- Collaborate with product areas, business development, development, supply chain management and manufacturing to coordinate offset initiatives and projects.
- Implement the strategic planning with other areas and support acquisitions and sales campaigns.
- Drive collaboration and alignment with Diehl Defence to ensure the growth of the area.
What We're Looking For
- A completed Wirtschaftsingenieur- or Ingenieur degree with business qualification and experience in Industrial Participation and Offset.
- Leadership experience of teams and an established network in industry and research as well as with agencies and public clients.
- English language skills (verbal and written); knowledge of an additional foreign language is a plus.
- High initiative and motivation, plus willingness to travel domestically and internationally.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional foreign language(s) is advantageous.
