We are seeking an experienced Head of GxP to join a fast-growing, innovative company in the life sciences sector. This is a remote position offering a competitive salary range based on experience and expertise.
Role Overview
- Lead quality assurance, GxP compliance, computer-system validation, and governance, risk, and compliance (GRC) initiatives.
- Ensure 100% regulatory compliance across all technical and security aspects.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare technology, or regulated SaaS environments.
- Drive compliance strategies and maintain high standards in a rapidly scaling organization.
Requirements

10+ years of experience in quality, GxP compliance, computer-system validation, technical GRC, security compliance, or related fields.

Proven experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, healthcare technology, regulated SaaS, or life sciences consulting environments.

Strong leadership skills with the ability to shape product, identity, and culture in an early-stage company.
