About the role
We are seeking an experienced Head of Growth and Product based in India with 6 to 10 years of experience to lead the development and growth of an AI-native financial platform.
Key Responsibilities

Own the product vision across multiple channels including Chat, Voice, and App interfaces.

Build decision engines for eligibility assessment, product comparison, and execution.

Drive end-to-end loan journeys from discovery through disbursal to servicing.

Lead product-led growth initiatives and experimentation to optimize performance.

Manage key metrics such as Customer AcquisitionCost (CAC), Lifetime Value (LTV), conversion rates, and full-funnel unit economics.

Ensure user experience incorporates trust, explainability, and compliance with regulatory standards.
