Propetrol Group seeks a strategic and influential Head of Finance to lead the finance function in Lagos, Nigeria. This executive role is responsible for shaping financial direction, overseeing treasury activities, ensuring strong governance, and managing international trade finance to support the company’s growth and decision-making at the highest level.
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the finance function, providing strategic financial leadership across the organization
- Develop and execute financial strategy to support growth and performance
- Oversee treasury, liquidity management, and capital planning to sustain operations
- Ensure robust governance, compliance, risk management, and internal controls
- Govern international trade finance activities and related risk management
- Drive business growth by informing and influencing executive decision-making with financial insights
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align financial goals with organizational strategy
Requirements
- Minimum of 15 years’ progressive finance experience
- Executive leadership experience
- Strong expertise in financial strategy, treasury, governance, and international trade finance
- Proven ability to drive business growth and influence executive decision-making
