About this role

About the Role OPmobility is seeking a senior finance leader to spearhead all aspects of finance, including financial planning & analysis, accounting, working capital management, budgeting, taxation, audits, financial reporting and due diligence. The role focuses on FP&A, internal and regulatory reporting, accounting, receivables & payables, and finalization/consolidation of accounts to drive cost savings, profitability and productivity. The candidate will ensure statutory compliance, robust MIS, and effective financial controls. What You'll Do

  • Spearhead all aspects of Finance including financial planning & analysis, accounting, working capital management, budgetary control, taxation, audits, financial reporting and due diligence.
  • Lead FP&A, internal/regulatory reporting, accounting, receivables & payables, and finalization/consolidation of Balance Sheet and P&L, with budgeting & forecasting to improve cost saving, profitability & productivity.
  • Ensure extensive knowledge of accounting/internal control systems, standards and statutory compliances.
  • Maintain understanding of laws and statutory regulations governing financial management, operations, audit and compliance.
  • Establish and maintain an efficient recordkeeping/MIS system; review and enhance financial procedures, inventory & cost controls.
  • Manage tax audits, coordinate with external service providers, prepare submissions, attend hearings, and liaise with wider tax group stakeholders.
  • Monitor day-to-day accounting, GL maintenance, and produce timely, accurate financial statements and reports.
  • Oversee computation and filing of Income Tax, Advance Tax, MAT, Deferred Tax, GST Returns, refunds and related schemes for Income tax/VAT/GST.
  • Communicate effectively and collaborate with stakeholders; demonstrate leadership and strategic thinking. What We're Looking For
  • Proven experience leading finance functions including FP&A, accounting, tax, audits, reporting, and consolidation.
  • Strong knowledge of internal controls, statutory compliances, and tax laws/regulations.
  • Experience implementing and maintaining MIS systems and cost controls.
  • Ability to manage tax audits, work with external service providers, and coordinate with tax groups.
  • Excellent communication and ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams.
