Job Description

Oversee the preparation of financial statements, management reports, and cash flow forecasts.

Ensure timely reconciliation of accounts, bank statements, and client payments.

Monitor cash inflows and outflows, including rent collections, sales proceeds, and project expenditures.

Implement effective cost control and budgeting

Supervise daily accounting operations, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, and general ledger management.

Ensure proper documentation of transactions

Maintain accurate records of all client accounts.

Ensure compliance with tax laws, financial regulations, and company policies.

Liaise with external auditors, tax authorities, and regulators as required.

Advise management on investment opportunities, funding options, and financial risks.

Provide financial analysis to support pricing strategies, project feasibility studies, and expansion plans.

Participate in business strategy meetings, providing insights on financial implications of key decisions.

Lead, train, and mentor finance and accounting staff.

Assign tasks, review performance, and ensure departmental efficiency.

Promote ethical practices, transparency, and accountability within the department.
