Job Title: Head of Finance

Location: Mushin, Lagos

Employment Type: Full-time

A reputable Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) company is seeking a highly experienced and detail-oriented Head of Finance to oversee financial operations, strengthen financial controls, and support strategic business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the company's accounting, financial planning, and reporting activities.
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, forecasts, and management reports.
• Manage cash flow, expenditure, and financial resources to ensure business sustainability.
• Develop and implement effective financial policies and internal control systems.
• Ensure compliance with tax regulations, accounting standards, and statutory requirements.
• Analyse financial performance and provide recommendations to improve profitability.
• Supervise the finance team and coordinate internal and external audits.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' relevant experience in finance or accounting.
• ICAN, ACCA, or an equivalent professional qualification will be an added advantage.
• Strong knowledge of financial reporting, budgeting, taxation, and regulatory compliance.
• Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and financial management skills.
• Experience in the FMCG industry will be an added advantage.
• Must reside in Mushin, Lagos, or its surrounding environs.

Salary

N600,000 - N650,000 per month.
