Head of Engineering
We are seeking a Head of Engineering to lead and scale the technology team behind a fast-growing electric auto-rickshaw ride-hailing platform based in Chennai, Tamil Nadu, India.
Key Responsibilities

Own the engineering function end-to-end, including leading and scaling the engineering team.

Address real-world challenges involving real-time dispatch systems, distributed systems, and payment processing.

Remain hands-on with development, primarily using Node.js and TypeScript, while building solutions designed for scale.

Location: Chennai for the initial 3 to 6 months, with potential flexibility thereafter.

Experience Required: 9 to 14 years in relevant engineering roles.

Compensation: Competitive salary in the range of 80 to 100 LPA.
