About the role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to join a dynamic and innovative startup team based in Bengaluru. This leadership role offers the opportunity to drive the engineering vision and build cutting-edge AI-powered solutions that transform legal, tax, and regulatory workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the engineering team to deliver high-quality software products.
• Define and execute the technical roadmap aligned with business goals.
• Drive innovation by leveraging AI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with product, design, and other stakeholders.
• Ensure scalable, maintainable, and robust software architecture.

Requirements

• 6 to 10 years of relevant engineering experience.

• Proven leadership experience managing engineering teams.

• Strong background in AI and software architecture.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment and drive results.

• Location: Bengaluru

• Compensation: 70 - 100 LPA (Base) plus equity options
