We are seeking an experienced Head of Engineering to lead engineering strategy, teams, and deliverables for projects based in Port Harcourt, managing multidisciplinary activities and ensuring timely, cost-effective engineering solutions.
Responsibilities
- Develop and manage engineering strategies for projects.
- Lead and coordinate internal and external engineering teams.
- Develop and maintain project Master Design Registers.
- Manage engineering deliverables, manhours, and design schedules.
- Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering activities.
- Support procurement through timely engineering deliverables.
- Provide engineering solutions for critical project activities.
- Lead value engineering initiatives and cost optimization.
- Manage Client engineering stakeholders.
- Develop engineering plans and team training needs.
