- Act as a trusted business partner to senior leadership, collaborating with stakeholders across the organization to identify and prioritize data-driven initiatives that align with strategic goals.
- Develop and execute a comprehensive insights strategy focused on optimizing customer journeys, distribution channels, operational processes & financial/actuarial solutions.
- Strategic role leading Data & Insights team to look at end-to-end enterprise data strategy, resulting in usage of data to drive business goals forward across Customer, Distribution and Operational & Finance Operations journeys;
- Ability to lead and conduct market research via research house, desk research or internal survey platform;
