ROLE PURPOSE
Lead Talin’s Data & AI practice, driving business growth, shaping client strategies, and delivering high-impact data, analytics, and AI solutions.
**REQUIRED SKILLS

Strong expertise in data strategy, architecture, governance, analytics, and AI.

Experience designing and delivering enterprise data platforms, data warehouses, and BI solutions.

Hands-on knowledge of Microsoft Fabric or Databricks, Power BI, and modern data architectures.

Ability to advise C-level executives and translate business challenges into data and AI initiatives.

Experience leading client engagements, presales, solution design, and project delivery.

Proven ability to build and lead teams, develop capabilities, and manage strategic client relationships.
PREFERRED

Experience in consulting or technology advisory roles.

Exposure to predictive analytics, Generative AI, and Agentic AI.

Experience building or scaling a Data & AI practice.

Relevant Microsoft certifications and cross-industry experience.
Requirements

QUALIFICATIONS**

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field. Master’s degree or MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in Data, Analytics, BI, or AI, including 5+ years in leadership or senior advisory roles.

Proven track record of leading enterprise data and AI transformation initiatives.

Demonstrated experience advising C-level executives and managing complex client engagements.

Strong combination of strategic thinking, technical expertise, and business acumen.

Experience in consulting, presales, business development, and building high-performing teams.

Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and presentation skills.

Relevant Microsoft Data & AI certifications preferred.
