About the Role Head of Corporate Engineering leads Enterprise engineering and operations globally. You will be responsible for building and managing a highly technical enterprise engineering team, developing principled-based strategies, and enabling strong enterprise security.
What You'll Do
- Lead and oversee enterprise engineering and operations globally.
- Build and manage a highly technical enterprise engineering team.
- Develop principled-based strategies and enable strong enterprise security.
- Engineer, secure and optimize cloud infrastructure, Identity and Access Management, endpoints, collaboration tools.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP.
- Collaborate with R&D on engineering tools and related tooling.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience leading enterprise engineering and security programs at scale.
- Experience building and managing technically skilled teams.
- Deep expertise in cloud infrastructure, IAM, endpoints, collaboration tooling.
- Knowledge of regulatory standards such as SOX, PCI DSS, and FedRAMP.
- Ability to partner with R&D and influence tooling ecosystems.
- Strong strategic thinking and execution skills.
