About the Role
The Corporate Development team at Ripple leads the execution of capital deployment to accelerate growth through high-impact partnerships, investments, and acquisitions. We’re seeking a seasoned professional to steer this global mandate and shape the future of the digital asset ecosystem.
What You'll Do

Strategic Market Intelligence: Develop unique perspectives on key crypto categories; curate research and market intelligence and communicate strategic implications to leadership.

Cross-Functional Orchestration: Engage with Product, Engineering, and Go-to-Market teams to qualify opportunities and refine Ripple’s strategic interests.

Competitive Analysis: Develop perspectives on key competitors and evaluate strengths/weaknesses to inform broader strategy.

End-to-End M&A and Investment Leadership: Lead execution of acquisitions/investments by defining needs, mapping landscapes, engaging prospects, building robust business cases.

Due Diligence & Integration: Partner with Finance, Legal, Tax, and People to drive diligence and ensure post-deal integration.

Ecosystem Engagement: Build relationships with blockchain entrepreneurs and investors to source opportunities and manage a high-velocity pipeline.

Strategic Partnership: Collaborate with Business Development to forge alliances that promote Ripple’s core products and service offerings.

Operational Excellence: Develop internal processes and data-driven backtesting of acquisition performance against the original investment thesis.

Qualitative and Quantitative Analyses: Ad-hoc analyses for planning strategy, investing and integration efforts.

What We're Looking For

Experience: 10+ years in Corporate Development, Investment Banking, Venture Capital, or Corporate Finance.

Strategic Outbound Networking: Proven track record of proactive relationship building and sourcing proprietary deal flow.

Execution Track Record: Experience managing multiple complex deals through all phases.

Leadership: Experience building, mentoring, and leading high-performing teams.

Technical Rigor: Mastery of financial modeling, including three-statement analysis, valuation, and market data models.

Adaptability: Comfort operating in white space and ability to architect creative deal structures.

Domain Expertise: Understanding of blockchain tech and traditional financial services.

Soft Skills: Intellectual rigor, attention to detail, proactive, collaborative communication.

CA base salary range: USD 312,000–375,000 per year, plus equity and bonuses; actual salaries vary by experience.
