About this role
A leading Oil and Gas Company is seeking an experienced Head of Control to lead its Transport & Logistics Control Centre and oversee fleet tracking, compliance, telematics, incident management, and real-time operational monitoring.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Transport Management, Logistics, Engineering, IT, Supply Chain, Business Administration, or related field
- 10–12 years’ experience in transport, logistics, fleet management, control room operations, or transport compliance
- Minimum 5 years’ leadership/managerial experience
- Proven experience managing large-scale fleet operations and control functions
- Strong experience with GPS tracking, telematics, and fleet management systems
- Experience in logistics, transportation, oil & gas, manufacturing, mining, or other industrial environments is an advantage
