Head of Compliance

About the Role Gerresheimer AG is expanding its Compliance Management System and seeks a Head of Compliance to lead the CMS across the group. The role ensures adherence to laws and company guidelines, and advances ethics and corporate values (TRIBE). The Head of Compliance will oversee topics including antitrust, anti-corruption, data protection, export control, and insider dealing, and will report to the Audit Committee, working closely with Internal Audit. What You'll Do

• Lead the Company’s Compliance Management System (CMS) across the Gerresheimer Group, aligning with laws, guidelines, and TRIBE values.
• Oversee CMS program elements: compliance program, classroom training, web-based e-learning, and a whistleblower system with anonymous reporting.
• Ensure guidelines are accessible (intranet) and available in multiple languages to support employees worldwide.
• Manage Compliance Organization: Head of Compliance reports to Audit Committee; coordinate with Internal Audit and subsidiary compliance leads.
• Ensure compliance with antitrust/competition law, anti-corruption and anti-money laundering, data protection, export controls, and insider law.
• Promote Corporate Social Responsibility and UN Global Compact principles; actively participate in GPS and DICO initiatives.
• Maintain robust information channels for reporting and whistleblower protection; implement Rules of Procedure for information receipt. What We're Looking For
• Experience leading or building a Compliance Management System in a global company.
• Strong knowledge of antitrust, corruption, data protection, export controls, and insider dealing.
• Ability to collaborate with Group Legal & Compliance, Internal Audit, and subsidiary teams; strong communication and governance skills.
• Experience with training programs (classroom and e-learning) and working in a multilingual environment is a plus. Nice to Have
