About the Role Head of Client Technology based in London is accountable for the end-to-end product leadership and delivery of technology capabilities within the Client Technology business stream. This role shapes the product vision for client engagement platforms (including Neon, CRM and client data management) and enables cross-selling through technology. It partners with the Business Owner and senior stakeholders to translate business strategy into a prioritised roadmap and to ensure secure, scalable and measurable delivery. What You'll Do
- Define and communicate the strategic technology direction for the Cross Sell and Client Engagement business unit, partnering with the Business Owner and Technology leadership on budgeting, forecasting and investment planning.
