Job Description:
Join OMD EMEA HQ in a leadership role at the heart of operational excellence, transformation and AI enablement across the region. Based in London, you'll lead initiatives that improve how teams work, helping turn complex operational challenges into scalable processes, tools, governance models and best practices that enhance client delivery and business performance.
You'll oversee major onboarding, offboarding and transformation programmes, drive operational improvements across markets, and strengthen the journey from new business win to successful delivery. Working closely with senior stakeholders across Client Success, Product, Technology and Operations, you'll identify opportunities to leverage AI, automation and innovative workflows to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
We're looking for a senior operational leader with experience in transformation, client operations or programme leadership within a complex, matrixed environment. You'll be comfortable navigating ambiguity, influencing senior stakeholders and translating strategic challenges into practical, scalable solutions.
This is an exciting opportunity to help shape the future operating model of OMD EMEA HQ, driving meaningful change across some of the network's most important clients and programmes.
