About this role

About the Role Take on a strategic leadership role to drive automation and BI capabilities across IT services at Alstom. You’ll lead the design and implementation of automation solutions, manage IT service request lifecycles, and mentor a diverse team to foster accountability and continuous learning, aligning technology to business goals. What You'll Do

  • Design and implement automation solutions to improve service delivery.
  • Oversee the lifecycle of IT service requests to ensure timely and quality resolution.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and develop scalable automation opportunities.
  • Lead and mentor a diverse team to drive innovation and accountability.
  • Optimize workflows and SLAs for service request fulfilment.
  • Act as a liaison between IT operations and business units to align strategies with organizational goals. What We're Looking For
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Overall 10+ years of experience; experience or understanding of IT operations and automation tools.
  • Knowledge of ITIL framework and service management principles.
  • Familiarity with service management platforms and Agile methodologies.
  • Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or automation platforms.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
