Position: Head of Broadcast Operations Location: Abuja

Media Trust Group is one of Nigeria’s leading independent multimedia organizations, operating Daily Trust, Trust TV, Trust Radio, Aminiya, and a growing portfolio of digital platforms. We seek an experienced Head of Broadcast Operations to lead Trust TV and Trust Radio. The head of broadcast operations shall be responsible for the overall operational, commercial, and technical management of Trust TV and Trust Radio, ensuring both platforms operate efficiently and sustainably while editorial responsibility remains with the Editorial Director and Central Newsroom.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead operational management of Trust TV and Trust Radio. Develop operational strategies and performance standards. Drive advertising, sponsorships, partnerships, and new revenue. Oversee daily broadcast operations. Supervise engineering, studios, transmitters, and technical infrastructure. Ensure regulatory compliance and risk management. Represent the stations with regulators, partners, and vendors. Manage budgets, costs, and profitability. Report operational performance to Executive Management and subsidiary boards.

• Required Qualifications & Skills

• Degree in Mass Communication, Engineering, Business Administration or related field. Postgraduate qualification is an advantage. Minimum 13 years’ relevant experience, including 5 years in senior management.
