About the Role Head of Brand and Marketing Communications based in Lagos, Nigeria, leading CWG's brand strategy and external and internal communications for CWG's IT services. You will help shape how CWG is perceived and drive positive impact through compelling narratives and integrated campaigns. What You'll Do
- Develop and implement CWG's brand and marketing communications strategy in Nigeria
- Oversee all external and internal communications to ensure consistent messaging
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align branding with business goals
- Lead, mentor, and manage the marketing communications team
- Drive thought leadership and external representation through campaigns and partnerships What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in brand and marketing communications leadership
- Strong strategic thinking and storytelling abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with IT services or technology industry preferred
