About the Role Head of BA SD Key Users CTTR leads the IEMEA SAP SD key user team and oversees RFQ and order management, as well as the daily operational system support for Sales Operations and Customer Logistics. The role actively steers transformation to GHP (Imp@ct Roll-out) and drives continuous improvement and standardization of SAP SD and related applications and processes. You will lead business-facing activities related to SAP SD S/4HANA transformation (Imp@ct Projects) and drive digitalization of customer communications using EDI and TecCom. What You'll Do
- Lead the IEMEA SAP SD Key User Team and oversee RFQ and order management across the region
- Ensure daily operational system support for Sales Operations and Customer Logistics
- Steer transformation to GHP Imp@ct Roll-out and drive standardization of SAP SD and related applications & processes
- Lead business-side activities for SAP SD S/4HANA transformation (Imp@ct Projects)
- Drive digitalization of customer communication using EDI & TecCom; develop, implement and roll-out strategy
- Empower Sales Operations and Customer Logistics with stable, efficient, user-centric processes and tools
- Ensure compliance with internal and external policies & procedures What We're Looking For
- Degree in Business, IT, SCM or similar (university / university of applied science)
- 5-7 years experience in SAP SD, Sales Operations, Customer Logistics or similar
- Several years of leadership experience on business area/segment level (or comparable) min. 3 years
- Strong customer orientation, communication and change management skills
- Excellent know-how regarding RFQ and order management processes, tools and methods
- Good analytical skills
- Proven project management experience in major international projects
