At Eni, we are looking for an Asset Manager to join Eni Plenitude Renewables France.

Main responsibilities

• Monitor the technical performance of renewable energy assets, ensuring optimum availability and production.

• Oversee O&M activities and support the management of asset management and maintenance service providers.

• Analyse performance indicators, identify deviations and implement corrective actions.

• Coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance activities, including major interventions.

• Conduct regular site inspections and support technical audits.

• Monitor OPEX and support budget control activities.

• Analyse revenues from PPAs, market sales and other remuneration mechanisms.

• Manage insurance claims, supplier warranties and contractual obligations.

• Prepare regular technical, operational and financial performance reports.

• Identify and implement asset optimisation opportunities, including repowering, retrofits and BESS projects.

• Support revenue optimisation initiatives and value-enhancing projects.

• Ensure compliance with regulatory, contractual and grid connection requirements.

• Prepare and follow up prevention plans and HSE actions.

• Promote adherence to the Company's QHSE policies, procedures and standards.

• Skills and experience required

• Master’s degree (Bac+5) in Electrical or Energy Engineering.

• Relevant experience in the photovoltaic sector (maintenance or construction of industrial‑scale plants).

• Strong knowledge of PV solar technologies and LV/MV electrical systems (HV appreciated).

• Knowledge of battery storage systems (BESS) is an advantage.

• Proficiency in French (native or C2).

• Proficiency in English (minimum B2 level).

• National mobility (travel approximately twice a month).
