We're a stealth-mode company at the intersection of frontier AI and cybersecurity, building a new category of defense for the world's largest enterprises. As our founding Head of AI, you'll own the model strategy end to end and build the team that delivers it.
What you'll do

Set the model strategy and own training from base model to production.

Build our post-training and reinforcement learning pipelines.

Define the evaluations that earn the trust of security leaders.

Hire and lead a small, senior AI team.
Requirements

10+ years in ML, including 3+ training or post-training LLMs.

Hands-on SFT, preference tuning and RL (PPO, GRPO or similar).

Models shipped to production, with solid evaluation and data pipelines behind them.

Distributed training experience (PyTorch, Megatron, DeepSpeed, Ray or similar).

Experience leading a technical team, and happy to write code yourself.

Cybersecurity background.

Publications or open-source work in LLM training or RL.

Startup experience.
