About the Role Define and drive the overall AI strategy, framework, and application roadmap for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences. Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer needs and business value across automation systems, flow cytometry platforms, and centrifugation solutions. Lead external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding through Open Innovation models and integrate the external AI capabilities into Beckman Coulter products, systems, and customer workflows. What You'll Do
- Define and drive the overall AI strategy, framework, and application roadmap for Beckman Coulter Life Sciences.
- Identify and prioritize AI use cases aligned with customer needs and business value across automation systems, flow cytometry platforms, and centrifugation solutions.
- Lead external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding through Open Innovation models and integrate the external AI capabilities into Beckman Coulter products, systems, and customer workflows.
- Collaborate closely with internal R&D, product management, marketing, application, and service teams to ensure successful solution deployment.
- Support customer adoption of AI solutions to improve efficiency, data quality, and decision-making outcomes.
- Build and manage long-term collaborations with AI technology companies, research institutions, and academic partners. What We're Looking For
- Experience defining and implementing AI strategy in life sciences or closely related fields.
- Ability to translate customer needs into AI use cases with measurable business value.
- Proven track record of cross-functional collaboration with R&D, product management, marketing, and service teams.
- Experience with external AI technology scouting, evaluation, and partner onboarding; familiarity with Open Innovation models.
- Strong communication skills and ability to operationalize AI solutions in customer workflows. Nice to Have
