Job Description We are seeking a highly skilled and hands-on AI & Full-Stack Builder to spearhead the development of our company’s digital operating system.
This is a critical role focused on designing, building, and deploying production-grade AI systems that will support the management of multiple subsidiaries.
You will be responsible for taking projects from architecture through development to deployment, ensuring robust and scalable solutions.

Key Responsibilities
- Design and build the company’s digital operating system.
- Develop and deploy production-grade AI systems.
- Support the management of multiple subsidiaries through AI solutions.
- Take projects from architecture to deployment independently.
- Ensure working knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance.
- Understand and implement Nigerian data protection requirements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
- Proven experience building production-grade AI systems.
- Experience building and deploying AI API-powered systems.
- Experience with agentic AI, RAG, embeddings, and vector databases.
- Strong full-stack skills: React/Next.js, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL.
- Ability to independently manage projects from architecture to deployment.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance.
- Understanding of Nigerian data protection requirements.
