Head of AI & Digital Systems
Description
- Lead a hands-on AI & Full-Stack Builder to build the company’s digital operating system from the ground up. This is NOT an IT Support or Digital Transformation Strategy role. You will design, build and deploy production-grade AI systems that will support the management of multiple subsidiaries.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field
- Proven experience building production-grade AI systems
- Experience building and deploying AI API-powered systems
- Experience with agentic AI, RAG, embeddings and vector databases
- Strong full-stack skills: React/Next.js, Node.js/Python, PostgreSQL and deployment
- Ability to independently take a brief from architecture → development → deployment
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365 governance
- Understanding of Nigerian data protection requirements
