About the Role EY seeks a leader to drive the AI domain at the regional unit level, identifying business needs and opportunities in personal and organizational productivity, and overseeing end-to-end AI initiatives from scoping to adoption. What You'll Do
- Lead end-to-end AI initiatives within the unit, from discovery through implementation and rollout.
- Collect, define and prioritize Use Cases with high business value.
- Implement AI solutions in Low-code / enterprise tool environments.
- Design and implement workflows and AI agents for business processes.
- Lead hands-on deployment and foster daily AI usage within teams.
- Collaborate with the AI CoE for standards, support, and advanced solutions. What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Business/IS/Engineering/CS or similar.
- At least 3 years of experience leading digital or technology projects.
- Experience developing or applying AI / automation solutions.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools (Copilot, agents, etc.).
- Ability to map business processes into practical solutions.
- Ability to write basic code and technical understanding (APIs, integrations).
- Product thinking and end-to-end leadership.
- Excellent user engagement and change leadership. Nice to Have
- Experience working with Low-code platforms.
- Experience designing Agents or complex workflows.
