Project Description: This role is designed for someone who:

comes from IT industry / tech startups or IT services (required) has a generalist background and wants to expand into full TalentOps ownership has an entrepreneurial or business mindset (startup, side projects, Biz/Admin background) is AI-native and excited to use AI to improve how PeopleOps works You bring a positive, forward-moving attitude and help create an environment of ownership, responsibility, and creativity across a fully remote team.

You will play a key role in taking our remote culture to the next level — not just maintaining it, but actively building it.

organize and run remote activities, rituals, and engagement programs

create a sense of belonging, energy, and team identity across locations

improve how people collaborate, communicate, and grow remotely

Responsibilities

• PeopleOps & Culture (Remote-First)

• 5+ years in HR / PeopleOps in tech environments

• Experience supporting remote or distributed teams

• Interest in building culture, engagement, and internal activities

• Ability to design or support career paths, PDPs, and growth frameworks

• Strong empathy balanced with clear, structured policies

• Passion for creating a workplace where people feel connected and motivated

Required Skills

• Experience recruiting for technical or product roles

• Ability to source beyond inbound (direct outreach, communities, referrals)

• Interest in building and maintaining long-term candidate relationships

• Exposure to hiring across US, Canada, and LATAM is a plus

• Curiosity to learn how to identify high-potential candidates, not just fill roles

• AI & Automation Mindset

• Active use of AI tools (Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, etc.)

• Curiosity to experiment and improve workflows using AI

• Interest in automating:

• sourcing and screening

• onboarding and documentation

• internal PeopleOps processes
